About Us

Our Story
One More Time was founded in North Idaho with a simple but powerful belief: every adult facing a life-limiting condition deserves the chance to enjoy something meaningful—one more time. Since receiving our 501(c)(3) status in 2017, we have helped individuals experience treasured moments, reconnect with loved ones, celebrate milestones, and create lasting memories that bring comfort, joy, and dignity.
From motorcycle rides and family reunions to peaceful outings, heartfelt surprises, and Legacy Videos that preserve personal stories, our work is rooted in compassion and community. Each experience is unique, personal, and deeply meaningful—because every life has a story worth honoring.

Our Mission
To create personalized, heartfelt experiences for adults with life-limiting conditions—helping them enjoy what they love, connect with those who matter, and celebrate meaningful moments one more time.
We are committed to supporting individuals and families with care, respect, and dignity, working alongside our community to make each wish possible.

Our Founder
One More Time was founded by Tiffinay Vargas after the sudden passing of her father in 2017 at just 58 years old. Losing the chance to create “one more” memory with him sparked a calling she couldn’t ignore.
Driven by love, grief, and a desire to honor her father’s legacy, Tiffinay created One More Time as a way to offer others the meaningful moments she wished she could have had. Today, her passion continues to guide the organization’s mission and inspire the heartfelt work carried out across North Idaho and the surrounding region.

Our Board
One More Time is led by a dedicated board of compassionate, community-minded individuals who volunteer their time, talents, and hearts to support our mission. Our board works behind the scenes to plan experiences, grow our programs, build partnerships, and ensure we can continue saying “yes” to the people who need us most.
Each member brings unique strengths—from nonprofit leadership and healthcare experience to event planning, fundraising, and community outreach—all united by one shared purpose: creating meaningful moments for adults facing life-limiting conditions.
